The C1523's sibling, with a twist of character. The Ferroluce Urban C1524 shares the cylindrical ceramic body with a distressed effect and the curved Corten steel arm, but replaces the glass globe with a flat, circular oxidized Corten metal shade (∅ 25 cm) that acts as a reflector and directs light downwards. The Corten steel clamps holding the cylindrical body are the defining industrial detail.
The tubular Edison bulb is fully exposed under the metal shade, creating a sharp contrast between the distressed white ceramic and the oxidized Corten metal. The wall rose is rectangular and fluted, also in ceramic. Available in 10 vintage colors: white, yellow, orange, red, light blue, black, burgundy red, grey, green, and sage green.
