Steam machinery made into a wall light. The Urban C1523 by Ferroluce is a piece crafted in Italy that looks like it was pulled directly from a submarine or a steam factory: a cylindrical ceramic body with a heavily flaking effect, finished with hexagonal corten steel nuts that simulate an industrial pipe joint. The bulb is protected by a transparent blown glass globe at the bottom.

The wall rose is rectangular and ribbed, also in ceramic, and the curved corten steel arm carries a braided brown cable. Every detail is designed to evoke the aesthetic of early 20th-century industrial machinery. Available in 10 vintage colors: white, yellow, orange, red, light blue, black, burgundy red, grey, green, and sage green.
